Their holiday spirit reminded me that I have yet to post a review on Facebook. They truly do not get enough recognition for how above and beyond they go for their clients.
In my case, I was stationed overseas in Japan with a 14 hour time zone difference. I was looking for apartments in Camp Lejeune area for my husband William Ledet and I for when I would eventually PCS and we would be reunited.
I got recommended by my friend Matthew Cook he had PCSed some months before me, and highly recommended this team to me.
Due to being overseas and all the processes that come with leaving a command, or traveling, I was at times losing hope. I would be getting preoccupied with my work day, or struggling to search for a home across the planet.
Lakshay was determined to ensure that my husband and I had a comfortable place to live when we were reunited. He would call at what I could only imagine to be the most inconvenient times for him, but what were reasonable hours for me. His motivation for our move eased my stresses so much. I can’t imagine another realty team doing what he did for us.
When we initially moved in, they provided us with congratulatory housewarming gifts; and now during Christmas, like I mentioned, he brightened our holiday season.
If you are looking for a thoughtful team to go to and trust, I would go to Lakshay. They are almost more eager to find you a home than you are!

We heard about Lakshay and Rajeev through a friend from our last duty station and decided we might as well call and try and see where it gets us. At the time we had just moved to the area and had no real means or ideas beyond window shopping. We were in a training without our phones for long shifts and were very busy and difficult to reach at times, but they made it the smoothest process ever regardless of our work shift barrier. I could not be more grateful for the realty team we had. We ended up touring 4 homes and the last one we knew to look no more. They took into account our budget, my interests (dark cabinets, large closet, open living room), they recommended places to us as if we were family. They showed us reasons why certain houses we had saved were not selling, it felt like our mourning of finding a home that we loved was their main priority and they made sure to ease the experience. Some people struggle with house hunting but with them it was made easy. We officially closed on September 2nd on our first ever home and it could not have been made possible without them! Due to us getting our home we are finally reunited with our cat and we got another cat just to celebrate. They still look out for us even after we closed, they celebrated our closing date and surprised us with housewarming gifts and could not have made us feel more welcomed and ready even after stressful work days.
